This role exists to support Theatre Royal’s mission and strategy by contributing your skills, knowledge, and experience to deliver excellent outcomes for the organisation and our audiences.

As Campaigns Officer, you will be a key member of a busy, fast-paced Marketing & Communications team and will play an important role to initiate, plan, co-ordinate, monitor and report on the delivery of multi-channelled marketing and communications activities to promote our on-stage programme, maximise ticket sales and income and raise the profile of the theatre.
Key Responsibilities
Create marketing and communications campaign plans for a range of on-stage productions and off-stage activities for the purpose of meeting sales and development targets and supporting the Theatre’s charitable objectives.
Co-ordinate and implement the tactical delivery of marketing and communications campaigns using a range of tools (including print, advertising, direct mail campaigns, email campaigns, press and media relations, website, paid for digital and organic social media).
Monitor and report on sales and customer data, ensuring income targets are met and undertake data analysis and evaluations, using the results to inform further campaign planning and propose changes to marketing and communications campaigns.
Contribute to the delivery of the Theatre’s audience development plan to attract new audiences and encourage frequency and loyalty from existing customers
Co-ordinate and implement the creation and delivery of brand marketing and communications campaigns.
Work collaboratively with other teams and departments within the Theatre and marketing and PR teams of visiting companies and external partners.
Be accountable for campaign budgets as set by the Marketing Manager.
Ensure all data collection, data extraction and mailings comply with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
